About Our Medical Director

Dr. Charles O. Canfield has served as our center’s Medical Director since 2004. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and completed his family practice residency at the University of Utah. He has been working in long-term care since 2003.

Dr. Canfield is a member of the American Medical Directors Association and the Western Medical Directors Association. When he has free time, Dr. Canfield enjoys the outdoors and sports.
